Magical Mondays

Studies have shown that heart attacks increase on Mondays. Many dread Mondays, and all that lurks there, increasing mental/emotional stress and harmful effects on our body’s many systems. The good news is, we can find small ways to achieve BIG change by simply coming up with a word or phrase that brings back feelings of hope, inspiration, joy, or any other ‘feel good’ emotion that promotes a sense of well being. For instance, whenever you think of Monday, think ‘Merry Monday’ or ‘Mondays are Magical’ or ‘Miracles are possible on Mondays!!!’ (Use your imagination to make up your own.)

If Mondays aren't stressing you out, use this formula for any other day that you may feel yourself succumbing to the stress bug. By being aware of the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and body, you can instantly change the messages that your body is receiving and sending. As a bonus, when your perceptions change, we step outside of old boxes, and old life patterns, and open the doorway to our powerful potential, and the wonderful possibilities in life.
