For the 2009-2010 hard copy directories , all camera-ready ads must be submitted by March 1, 2009. Business Cards for Business Card Size ads can be sent in and will be scanned. Web based ad space will continue to be accepted on an ongoing basis. If you need an ad prepared, email or call Ellen Makenna at the art department, 818-438-3092 for an estimate on cost, which will be billed separately. Listing/Space dimensions & rates are available for viewing on next page after submitting below information form. We are also publishing healthcare/healing articles and tips relating to your specialty, business, or organization.
